Orthokeratology, or Ortho-K, uses specially designed contact lenses worn overnight to gently and temporarily reshape the surface of your eye. This allows suitable patients to enjoy clearer vision throughout the day without glasses or daytime contact lenses.
Ortho-K is a non-surgical, reversible option for correcting short-sightedness (myopia) and some cases of astigmatism. It can also help slow the progression of myopia in children, making it a valuable option for managing their long-term vision.
